Registered Manager - 16 - 25 year olds - Learning Disabilities

I wanted to reach out as I’m currently working on a fantastic leadership opportunity within a CQC / Ofsted registered supported accommodation service, and thought it may be of interest.

Role Snapshot
Position: Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities / Supported Accommodation
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £50,000 – £58,000 basic salary + benefits package - Permanent Role.
Age Group: Young people aged 16–25

This role is within a well-established supported accommodation service supporting young people aged 16–25 with learning disabilities and additional needs, with a strong focus on stability, independence, and positive outcomes.

The provider is looking for a strong Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up, with experience in learning disability services and regulated environments (CQC or Ofsted).

You would be joining a provider that values its managers, offers strong leadership support, and is committed to maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
